Leave your car in the two-car garage and step inside to find air conditioning, a well-equipped kitchen, and streaming-capable TVs in the living room and two of the bedrooms. After a day full of adventures, you can bask in the beautiful views outside on the deck, barbecue on the gas grill, and tell stories around the firepit while roasting marshmallows. As for your hiking clothes, you can leave them to spin in the private washer/dryer in the utility room. In this scenic mountain setting, you'll be only half a mile from town and 25 miles from Wolf Creek Ski Area. THINGS TO KNOW For a separate fee, guests can enjoy access to the pool, tennis court, basketball court, and volleyball court of Pagosa Lakes Recreation Center. HOA does not tolerate any large construction vehicles or whatever.... No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
