Lake Escape - Private Lakefront with Kayaks!

Lake Escape is a very bright, fun, and charming little house on Crystal Lake! It includes its own private beach, bonfire pit, and 2 kayaks right on Crystal Lake! The private beach is also a sandy beach, which is rare for Crystal Lake. The location provides for lots of fun on Crystal Lake including swimming, sailing, kayaking, and fishing. It's also set in a great location for exploring Sleeping Bear Dunes, Frankfort, Lake Michigan, and the charming little beach towns of Leelanau Peninsula. The space THE SPACE: This is a 3-bedroom, 1.5 bath single level home that is about 1000 square feet in size. The home is beautifully decorated with a nautical and beachy theme throughout the home. There are great views of Crystal Lake from the living room, the dining room, and one of the bedrooms. The home also has a wonderful wrap-around deck with lakeviews from the deck as well. The home also has high-speed Wi-Fi and multiple televisions with live streaming via Roku. Hulu, HBOMax, NetFlix, PureFlix, and Disney+ are all included. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING: 1) ROAD BETWEEN HOUSE AND LAKE: The road (Crystal Drive) runs between the house and the lake. This may be a concern for families with small children. 2) PET POLICY: All pets are strictly prohibited at this property. 3) NO AIR CONDITIONING: Please note that the property does NOT have air conditioning. As such, it may get warm in the house during the summer if it is warm outside. 4) NUMBER OF GUESTS: Please note that our pricing is based upon the number of guests, with pricing being higher with each additional guest that is included on the reservation. Please make certain that the correct number of guests is specified on the reservation so that the pricing is correct. 5) EARLY CHECK-IN: Our policy is to allow early check-in on the day of arrival if the property is available for check-in. We will not know until the day before arrival whether or not the property will be available for early check-in or not. You can check with our local property manager the day before arrival or on your arrival day to see if the property will be available for early check-in or not. 6) LATE CHECK-OUT: We maintain a very strict and structured cleaning schedule. As such, late check-outs are strictly prohibited.
