Other things to note NO PETS - If pets are found on the property a $500 deep clean fee will apply in addition to the $300 cleaning fee and guests may be asked to leave with no refund, no exceptions. Owners occupy the home part time and are highly allergic. NO SMOKING - $500 violation fee for any smoke odor found on the property, or around the house including pool area.
