After a productive day in the home’s dedicated office space, venture out to enjoy Austin’s most beloved bars, breweries, live music venues, greenbelts, and taco and barbeque joints all a quick Uber away. This house comfortably welcomes four guests who want a quiet, cozy retreat. Pets are also welcome, and Olympic Heights Community Park is a short walk or take your furry friend to the Wilder Large Dog Park. You’ll be living like a true Austinite in no time! Free parking is available in the attached garage and driveway as well as street parking, and you’ll access the house easily through keyless entry. The bedrooms are comfy and cozy with hotel-quality linens. After adventuring through town, escape to the king-size bed in the primary bedroom, or the queen in the secondary bedroom. Two bathrooms give all guests a private space to freshen up. Relax in the huge garden tub in the primary after a long day. Stream your favorite shows and movies on the sizable living room TV. We do not have any cameras inside, respecting our guests' privacy. 1) No smoking allowed (of any kind) ($350 fine) 2) Quiet hours are 10 PM to 10 AM, per city ordinance. 3) No events or parties 4) Dogs allowed, maximum of two. Cats are not permitted. A one-time pet cleaning fee of $120 applies. A pet brought without paying the fee is charged $250. Dogs must be crated when left unattended, are not permitted on furniture, and may not be left outside unsupervised. Owners are responsible for any damages. 5) The cleaning that you pay for is to clean the home prior to your stay. If you do not pick up after yourself sufficiently when you check out, you may be charged an additional cleaning fee - price depends on how long it takes to clean up after you.
