This house comfortably welcomes four guests who want a quiet, cozy retreat. Pets are also welcome, and Olympic Heights Community Park is a short walk or take your furry friend to the Wilder Large Dog Park. You’ll be living like a true Austinite in no time! Free parking is available in the attached garage and driveway as well as street parking, and you’ll access the house easily through keyless entry. The bedrooms are comfy and cozy with hotel-quality linens. After adventuring through town, escape to the king-size bed in the primary bedroom, or the queen in the secondary bedroom. Two bathrooms give all guests a private space to freshen up. Relax in the huge garden tub in the primary after a long day. Stream your favorite shows and movies on the sizable living room TV. In the kitchen, you’ll find a full refrigerator, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and other cooking essentials. Wash up easily with the unit’s dishwasher and washer/dryer combo! Work from home or keep the family entertained with high-speed wifi and large smart TV. Stream your favorites on Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, ESPN+, and more! Get out of the house and dive into Austin life at the local restaurants, bars, breweries, and coffee shops! Parking is available in the attached garage, driveway, and on the street. Other things to note We have security cameras outside of our property at the entrances for added security and your peace of mind. We do not have any cameras inside, respecting our guests' privacy. 1) No smoking allowed (of any kind) ($350 fine) 2) No loud noises after 10 PM per city ordinance 3) No events or parties 4) Feel free to inquire about bringing your dogs along. We allow a maximum of two small dogs, each weighing 35 lbs or less. Unfortunately, cats are not permitted. There is a one-time pet cleaning fee of $85. Please inform us in advance if you plan to bring a dog so we can prepare the necessary cleaning supplies to eliminate allergens before the next guest arrives. If we do not receive notice at least 48 hours before your check-in, the fee will be $105. While staying with us, dogs must be crated when left alone, should not climb on furniture, and must not be left outside unattended. Owners are responsible for any damages caused. 5) The cleaning that you pay for is to clean the home prior to your stay. If you do not pick up after yourself sufficiently when you check out, you may be charged an additional cleaning fee - price depends on how long it takes to clean up after you. We don't expect you to scrub the home, but simply pick up your trash and put everything where you found it 6) If you do not check out on time (11AM) you will be charged an additional night 7) Please see the House Manual emailed to you a few days before your stay
