Large windows and skylights provide ample natural light. Ocean, Beach, Bay, and Golf views from primary bedroom, primary bedroom balcony, primary bathroom, kitchen, dining room, living room, large outdoor patio, and guest suite bathroom. Perfect getaway accommodations for couples, or groups of adult families/friends. Tranquil setting for a vacation or a longer work from "home" at the ocean stay. Includes use of hot tub, gas grill, gas fire table, washer/dryer, central heating, Wi-Fi, 5 smart televisions, fast EV charger, full-size Pac-man arcade game, pool table, air hockey table and sports/beach accessories. (*Note-Please contact us prior with your intent of using the EV charger to ensure compatibility.) The upstairs primary bedroom has a California king bed and twin sleeper chair, the upstairs landing area has a full size Murphy bed/desk office area, the downstairs 2 guest bedrooms each have queen beds, and additional guest suite bedroom has a queen bed above the garage. Please no sleeping on sofa or bringing in other sleeping options like air mattresses/foam pads and moving furniture. Lots of safety issues in the home for young children including infants that are mobile/crawling. Children under 10 are not recommended. Please acknowledge limitations of the home for young children and reach out to the host for booking confirmation for groups with children under the age of 10. All registered guests ages 10 and older welcome and best suited for the accommodations. The home features an open railing at second story outdoor balcony, open fireplaces, unlocked cabinets, lots of glass accessories and potted plants, unsecured furniture/shelving, open railings at second story landing, floating staircase, unfenced yard on active golf course fairway and detached bedroom/bathroom separated from main house above garage not suitable for young guests. The 2 downstairs bedrooms and separate guest suite bedroom have furniture that occupy the majority of floor space and will not accommodate pack and plays or alternative sleeping arrangements. Beds should not be moved to walls to act as safety rails and two of the beds are high from the ground and young children can fall out. The home is set up to accommodate our family of 6, including 4 teenagers and we are past that stage in our lives to have the our home child-proofed. We would be happy to recommend suitable homes available in the area that can better accommodate young children. Not all homes are best suited for all groups. Thanks for your understanding. Comfortably sleeps 6-8 people with shared beds and choices of sleeping options including one bed in four bedrooms, one full Murphy bed (max weight 250 lbs) at landing and an additional twin sleeper in primary bedroom and max guest capacity is 9/10 guests with an additional guest fee of $50 per person per night beyond 6 guests. These fees include use of additional Murphy bed and/or twin sofa sleeper and to supplement the extra labor and laundering costs for turnover including replacement of clean linens/towels for large groups as well as the extra usage of water, propane, and waste disposal in a rural setting. Option to only rent the main 3 bedroom/2 bathroom area in separate listing "Captain's Quarters." Reach out if you would like to utilize only the main house at a reduced price and don't need the extra space of the guest suite (non peak season (Summer and holidays excluded) only). Typically more than 3 nights are required during peak times including Memorial Day, 4th of July and Labor Day holiday period. Guest access This listing includes Main house with bedrooms "Captain's Quarters", "Crew's Quarters" and "Deckhand's Quarters". It also includes separate guest suite above garage "First Mate's Quarters". Other things to note No animals allowed. (Allergies within the family.) We love animals, but we do not allow pets of any kind. The whole community is unfenced and an active wildlife corridor. We have a resident bobcat, fox and hawk amongst other animals that actively hunt in our unfenced yard. It’s located on an active golf course fairway and not a good fit for animals unfamiliar with the environment which further causes stress and imbalance to the resident wildlife. Unfortunately, allowing guest’s pets based on the setting is not a viable option. There is no flexibility to this policy and we do not make exceptions. The bed area of the optional 4th bedroom/third bathroom has partial low ceiling (guest suite). This area is not suitable for tall guests or guests with mobility issues. Thursday's are usually used for hot tub servicing and maintenance. Preference given to longer stay requests including mid-term stays. Max nightly pricing for Friday and Saturday nights. Reduced nightly pricing for Thursday, Sunday, Monday and Tuesday nights (non-Peak times only). Not responsible for construction, road conditions, weather, power and internet outages or issues beyond our control. We will try our best to remedy situations as they arise with guests having an understanding there is only so much we can do about issues we are not responsible for, and especially for situations off site of our property. All non emergency issues will be brought to the attention of the host between non-Quiet Hours or from 7 am-10 pm and/or bring up any issues found within 6 hours of check-in that need an immediate attention/response. Host is not available during "Quiet Hours", or from 10 pm-7 am, unless it is an emergency. Guests agree to host or representatives of the host access to home to do repairs and/or remedy the situation. Guests present during "Quiet Hours" are considered as overnight guests and included in max occupancy. If a separate cleaning fee is assessed, it is for cleaning/disinfecting only and ensuring the home is clean for guest arrival. Please do not move furniture and items that are moved, return to their proper placement upon departure. No housekeeping or concierge services available or provided during the stay. Please tidy up, wash dishes and clean up any spills/stains throughout your stay. (Those supplies are provided for your convenience) Cleaning fee covers the cost of disinfection of inside the home/hot tub according to Covid protocols and the proper turnover of quality provided linens and towels between each guest stay. CA is under extreme water restrictions. This is partly why we choose extra fees for extra persons. Resources are further limited in rural coastal areas. Inquire about longer week stays or more and no turnover/cleaning mid-week. Memorial Day through Labor Day are minimum 3 night stays versus 2 nights and certain holiday periods require longer stays of 4 plus nights. Please stay off of golf course and golf paths. Access is for registered golfers during scheduled tee times only. HOA fine is $250. HOA fines will be passed onto guests who break HOA rules such as trespassing onto unpermitted common areas and/or golf course, exceeding maximum occupancy of 10 guests or more (regardless of age), for instance. Please note we have exterior security cameras on-site, as we do not permanently reside on-site. Although the cameras are on 24/7 capturing audio and video, we do not regularly monitor guest activity. If we are alerted to a problem by guests or HOA security, we can review footage. The cameras also allow us to confirm and ensure the home is cleaned and the hot tub is serviced by professional services. Guests are not allowed to turn off or tamper with the cameras. This is for both guest and owner protection. We love our neighbors and the BHHA community. This is our home. Please respect the peaceful setting as guests.
