The space This ranch style, 2 bedroom, one bathroom cottage has a well stocked kitchen with eat bar, large picture windows in the living room and dining room, rounded archways leading to the bedrooms. The Master has a queen size bed and blackout curtains. The second bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed plus a twin size trundle bed. Here you will find kids toys and a private workspace. The built-in cabinets in the hallway hold board games for the whole crew. There is a laundry room and garage both available for guest use. The outdoor spaces are curated for enjoying the beauty of the neighborhood. The peaceful front porch has a bench for people watching the families walking by. The fully fenced and very spacious back yard has a swing for the kids, a gliding bench for the adults, and a gas grill for cooking out on a beautiful day. Aviary Cottage derives its name in part from the wide variety of song birds that live in the area and can be observed seasonally. There is a playground located in walking distance at the end of the street that is great for families with children. Guest access This listing is private and exclusively for guest use. There are no shared spaces. Seasonally, the lawn may be mowed at varying times. There is an unfinished attic off the laundry room that is not accessible.
