Our spacious, cozy, luxurious Penthouse with all the comforts is in a very good location of Curacao, in the very popular neighborhood Jan Thiel edge Vista Royal. Nearby you will find beautiful beaches, the best beach clubs on the island, very good restaurants, a supermarket with extensive opening hours and a 5-minute walk to the famous salt pans of Jan Thiel. Also, the Spanish Water is a 5-minute walk away, and there are many diving opportunities nearby. The space The Penthouse has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 6 people. The Penthouse has an open kitchen and a lovely porch overlooking the many palm trees and the swimming pool. On the porch, there is a dining area and a lounge area, and there is generally a lovely breeze. In the living area inside, there is a spacious sitting area with a flat-screen TV and an additional dining area. On the top floor is the 3rd bedroom as well as the 3rd bathroom and a spacious loft with a nice place to chill. On the second floor, there are 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. Here is also the washing machine. In the garden, there is the shared swimming pool with sun loungers. Other things to note Prices exclude: Prices do not include 7% sales tax (tourist tax) There is also mandatory cleaning every 7 days. The cost of this is 75 euros. Groups of young people under 25 years of age are only allowed in consultation. The rental price includes water and 40 KwH of electricity per day. Additional consumption will be charged at €0.55 per KwH. The additional consumption will be deducted from the deposit. Both water and electricity are very precious on the island, so please use them wisely. In the peak season, the minimum rental period is 14 nights.
