Beautiful, spacious 2-bedroom home in Kaysville

Our family is a multi-cultural family with a love of travel who has lived all over the world. We are excited to host visitors and to make them feel comfortable at their home away from home. We offer the 2-bedroom basement apartment beneath our home with a separate entrance, driveway parking, and a beautiful backyard. We have incorporated maps of the world, beautiful spaces, and our love of travel and adventure into our decor and we hope to convey our warm inclusivity to our guests. The space We have 2 beautiful bedrooms with a queen bed and a desk space, and the other with full-sized bunk beds and a twin-sized trundle. The Master bedroom includes a tray with some welcome sweets on your first night. The kitchen has lots of storage and is open to the beautiful family room with built-ins, an awesome sectional, a big screen TV, and a cozy fireplace. It is the perfect place to snuggle up and watch movies or shows. There is a full bathroom with basic amenities including soap, shampoo and conditioner, and toothpaste for adults and children (limit of 2). The outdoor space has a stream running through the big yard and a walking bridge to the other side where you can have a fire or play in the creek. Guest access The house is in a nice, safe neighborhood about 20 minutes from downtown Salt Lake. It’s near a great walking trail and feels like a rural environment but is just a couple of minutes from I-15. You’ll be near Boondocks, Get Air Trampoline Park, Barnes Park, several grocery stores, and a handful of restaurants. There are several more restaurants a 5-minute drive to the north in Layton and Farmington Station is 5-10 minutes south with lots of shopping and restaurants as well as outdoor space with fountains, a playground, and a nice, friendly ambience.
