Guest access Guests access the entire home via lock pad entry using the last 4-digits of their phone numbers. Self-check-in. You can arrive at any time after the standard check-in time. Driveway parking is available. Other things to note Early check-in/Late check-out request: Standard check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM. Early check-in / late check-out request is possible with a fee. Please send the early check-in request within 48 hours before your check-in time. Also, an extra guest fee applies after 8 guests per guest per night. Additional note: The initial rate includes accommodation for up to 8 guests, and for each additional guest, there is an extra fee of $35 per night per guest, which covers essentials and utilities. The maximum number of guests the listing can accommodate at is 14. Please specify the number of guests accurately when making your reservation to match the actual number of individuals in your group. Any guests or visitors not reported in the reservation without authorization will incur a charge of $50 per guest per night. Our property does not allow pets or animals due to severe allergy.
