Whoever's on cooking duty won't find it a chore in the spectacular chef's kitchen, which features stainless steel appliances and handsome granite countertops. There's also an outdoor gas grill for those who prefer their meals alfresco. The primary bedroom retreat has a plush king bed and gas fireplace, plus a massive en-suite bathroom with a double vanity, a walk-in shower, and a jetted tub. The second and third bedrooms share a bathroom, and both have queen beds. The bonus room has two twin-over-twin bunk beds and access to a bathroom with a shower. You may experience bears, raccoons, mice, and other animals. Meadows are home to many rodents. When these areas are filled with water or snow, these animals move to homes in the area. You may experience these animals in or near your home. LOCATION There's plenty to see and do here. Summer months offer hiking, fishing, golf, and kayaking. Winter brings world-class skiing at Heavenly, Kirkwood, and Sierra at Tahoe, while snowmobile rides are available just a few minutes from the house. THE FINE PRINT In response to El Dorado County's ordinance on short-term rentals, we are operating under VHR 21-0150. As per the ordinance, this vacation rental cannot be used for any type of parties, including weddings and receptions. Maximum allowable County occupancy is 10 people and 5 cars; over-occupancy, or additional vehicles will result in a County citation/fine (enforced 24 hours per day). Please note that we have a strict NO PARTY policy; failure to comply will result in eviction. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.
