Inside, the expansive layout features two separate living rooms, offering your group plenty of space to stretch out, find a quiet corner, or come together. Fire up a friendly tournament in the game area equipped with a foosball table, or lounge in the main living space which flows effortlessly into a fully equipped, open-concept kitchen. Step through the doors into your own completely private backyard oasis. Surrounded by serene desert energy, the yard features a saltwater pool, a deeply relaxing hot tub/spa, a BBQ grill station, and an outdoor dining area made for unforgettable dinners under a canopy of stars. PLEASE NOTE: We do allow animals but require a pet fee of $100 per animal. Must be 25 years of age or older to rent this home. Per standard practices in Palm Springs valley, pool + spa heat is optional, for $100 per night. If you'd like to heat the pool or spa, please let us know and we will send you instructions on how to turn on the heater on your check-in day. We recommend considering pool/spa heat between October-May. Guest access Complete access of the house, backyard and garage, including the washer and dryer. Other things to note Please keep in mind the noise ordinance. Music and Loud Noise restricted between 10pm - 8am. Noise violations will results in fees starting $500. Check in is after 4pm, and check out is no later than 10am. Unfortunately early check-in/late check-out are typically not possible due to occupancy rate and the cleaning window required between each booking.
