Because the home sits on a private street adjacent to Lake Michigan, with beach access at the end of the street. The cabin is located on a generous half acre of woods with views of the lake accessible across the street via a small path. Beach access is a short walk to the end of the street and there is a trail that leads to beautiful views of Lake Michigan across the street from the cabin.
