Welcome to the Sea Breeze Cottage at Hampton Beach, NH! You'll love this newly renovated cottage because of its location to the beach (only 800 ft) and a short walk to the boardwalk! You're in the best location to access all Hampton Beach has to offer (restaurants, bars, casinos, arcades, stores, etc.) This property is ideal for family vacations, couples, solo adventures, and kids of all ages. Guests Favorite Amenities: -Heat/AC -Washer/Dryer -Books + board games -Decks off the bedrooms The space This is a unique property with two cottages on the same lot. The front cottage (Sea Breeze) has two bedrooms and one bathroom. Each bedroom has a queen size bed and there is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The back cottage (Summer Wind) has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Two bedrooms have a queen bed and the third bedroom has two twin bunk beds. There is also a queen sleeper sofa. Big family? Rent both cottages! If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask! Guest access Guests can check-in anytime after 3PM on their check-in date and check out time is 10AM on the departure date. Access to the cottage will be through the back door by keypad.
