The space The Claire Villa at D6 Retreat offers comfortable accommodations for up to 6 guests. The villa features a fully equipped kitchen with high-quality cookware including plates, bowls, glassware, silverware, and cooking utensils. The cozy living area has a fold-out sofa, a flat-screen TV, and two delightfully comfortable full-size beds. The villa also has a convenient en-suite sink, stand-up shower, and stacking washer/dryer. Guests will find plenty of amenities, including plush towels, washcloths, hand towels, and pool towels. Laundry detergent, a hair dryer, soap, shampoo, and conditioner are also provided. For added convenience, the villa has extra pillows, throws, an iron, and an ironing board. Families with children will appreciate the included baby beds and linens. This charming accommodation at the D6 Retreat offers guests a relaxing and comfortable stay. Guest access D6 Wellness Retreat is situated on 23 tree-filled acres in the hill country of Texas located about 15 minutes from the Bee Cave/Lakeway area & the city of Dripping Springs famously known as "The Wedding Capital of Texas." Guests have exclusive access to their private villa and all of the community spaces mentioned in the listing. Our neighboring retreat is 13 Acres Meditation Retreat. Guests also have an access trail over to this side of the property for access to our daily yoga/meditation classes, grab-and-go cafe and our gift shop! Other things to note D6 COMMUNITY AGREEMENTS D6 Retreat is a peaceful sanctuary. To uphold the tranquility, please honor these agreements: - Respect the quiet. No yelling, no amplified music, and observe noble silence from 10 PM to 7 AM. - Treat all with respect. (While extremely rare, we do have a zero tolerance policy on any rude or aggressive behavior towards staff or others. You will be immediately asked to leave without refund. A $500 fine will be assessed if police are called to escort you away.) - Protect the land. Leave it better, conserve resources, no littering. - Maintain common areas. Replace any rearranged items, don't remove shared items. - Use facilities respectfully, no personal items left behind. - Our property is smoke-free. All visitors must be registered.
