This airbnb is a newly remodeled apt .The space is completely for airbnb guest. There is a private entrance and a private back porch to relax on with completely fenced in yard. The WiFi is excellent in this location. The airbnb has all new appliances and furnishing including a washer and dryer. THE LISTING DOES ALLOW DOGS. THERE WILL BE A $30 PET FEE. The space The space is just for guest. There is nothing shared. Other things to note Early check in is available for guests for a fee of $25, and guests can check in at 2pm, instead of 4pm. Similarly, late check out is available for a fee of $25 to check out at 12pm, instead of 11am.
