Welcome to this privately owned, newly built villa, Casa de Palmeras. This Beautiful, bright & airy waterfront villa is centrally located in sunny SE Cape Coral, Florida. Accommodating up to 8 Guests, you will enjoy a serene heated pool & spa, outdoor living, fishing from the gulf access canal as well as the convenience of nearby restaurants & shopping. Create your fun in the sun memories while relaxing on the Rubicon Canal. The space Casa de Palmeras is a 2,444 square foot villa of open concept space that sits on a quiet canal. There is one bright central great room with kitchen, dining, living space and plenty of outdoor views. There is a king master suite with private bath, a queen junior suite with private bath, a queen bedroom and a private den with two twin beds that shares a bath with the third bedroom. There are TV's in all bedrooms and a 70" TV in the great room (5 TV's total). There is a covered lanai with seating for 5 plus 2 ottomans. There is seating for 4 plus 2 loungers in the sun. The entire pool space is enclosed to keep you bug free. There is private parking and full laundry space. The Villa is all tile flooring with area rugs. Attention Guests: You must be at least 25 yrs old to rent this villa. A/C will be set upon your arrival at 74 degrees, pool set at 87 degrees and hot tub/spa set at 99 degrees (when in use). Cooler and warmer temperatures may be used, but please be respectful and always leave the settings listed here when not in use. Guest access Guests are able to access all areas of the Villa and 3 stall garage except one locked closet in the master (the master has a large guest walk in closet). The home access code will be given upon arrival & activation of the ring doorbell. Access is through the app "Level Lock" which you will need to download. Other entry options are available for non-smart phone users. Regardless of entry option, all codes will be sent via email or text message. Other things to note Upon reserving and submitting final payment you agree to the terms and conditions of the contract (Casa de Palmeras airbnb advertisement). Attention: There is NO lifeguard on the property. You are liable for all guests water safety including the pool (max depth is 5 feet), hot tub and canal. There is absolutely NO swimming in the canal. A pool safety fence is available and upon request can be installed prior to your arrival. See the House Rules & Operations book for using the pool and hot tub/spa. Casa de Palmeras has a NO smoking/vaping, drugs, pets or parties & events policy.
