We are just 5-10 minutes to Downtown/NRG/Rodeo/Texas medical center with instant access to 288 freeway. The space The space The home is located in between Texas Medical Center and the Historic 3rd Ward near 288 freeway, and is a quick Uber/Lyft ride to major attractions within the city. The space allows for small gatherings but any group size over our limit of 10 must be negotiated or anyone extra will be evicted. We monitor incoming traffic with external security cameras. We ask that you please treat the space with care, and remember this is a home not a hotel. Any problems that arise, we aim to take action ASAP to make your stay as peaceful and enjoyable. Guest access Guests have 24/7 access to the entire property via the front door keypad. Keypad codes will be sent to the guest before check-in. Other things to note I have worked very hard to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Please respect, care and be mindful of the surrounding neighbors so that guests can continue to enjoy the space for many years to come. - Quiet hours start at 11 PM. We do not allow loud noises/music, parties in the house. - There are security cameras at the perimeter of house and side yard. There are no cameras inside the house. - Please do not smoke or use drugs in the house. Smoking is only allowed outside.
