Sand Harbor, a beautiful public beach, is a 5-minute drive from the condo. The start of the new beautiful East Shore Trail is only 1 mile from the condo. This condo features one bedroom with a queen bed, a charming loft with twin beds overlooking a creek and woods, a private deck, cozy woodburning fireplace and soaring beam ceilings. High speed internet, TV with Netflix (sorry no cable), linens included and a full kitchen provide all the comforts of home. Our winter guests enjoy an easy 5-minute drive to the slopes of Diamond Peak. Mt. Rose and Northstar are 20-25 minutes away; Heavenly and Palisades are within an hour’s drive. Guest access Note: The parking closest to our unit can sometimes be tight to back in and out of depending on the time of year, and if there are large cars or trucks parked. There are no designated spaces so if this is an issue for you, you can park in spaces a little farther away from our condo.
