The space THIS HOME IS A GETAWAY ALL IN ITSELF! Many guests comment how "amazing", "relaxing", "magical", and "breathtaking" the property is and they would rather stay and enjoy the house than leave for excursions. The is location is tucked on the side of the Catalina Mountains, with a view of the backside of Mount Lemon. It's located about 5 mins up a private dirt road into the desert mountainside with the most breathtaking scenery and landscape, and only 10 mins from large chain grocery store/liquor/gasoline. It offers ample space for a family vacation, gatherings with friends and extended family, and even perfect for a couples getaway. It is truly a destination within itself between all the spaces the home has to offer, the pool and patio, the views, additional private outdoor spaces and all the experiences you can enjoy right from the door. It is located less than 2 miles off the beaten path along a private dirt road, meandering through the desert. You can happily skip the wake up and walk to breakfast type of place. Instead, envision yourself waking up and picking your jaw up off the ground from the awe-inspiring views. Then sipping coffee or tea from the cozy couches or your favorite spot outside in the morning sun or watching it crest over the mountain tops. You won't miss Starbucks! The floor plan is ranch style - there are no stairs . The common gathering spaces are located in the middle of the home, which includes a large open family room, dining area and kitchen. This area is spacious and airy with tall ceilings and loaded with natural light. The kitchen has more than enough workspace and countertops, a roomy walk-in pantry, and bar top seating for 5. The kitchen is fully stocked and a treat to cook and host from. For coffee connoisseurs, you'll have your choice of a Keurig machine, large drip coffee machine, a coffee grinder, French press and teapot. On the North wing of the home is the Master Suite with private bath and walk-in closet, 2 additional guest bedrooms, another full bathroom, and the laundry room. The Master Suite has a king bed, fabulous views, a gas fireplace, a private bathroom, spacious shower with double shower heads, a walk-in closet, and a door outside to the pool deck. On the South side of the home, located on the other side of the common area, there are 2 additional bedrooms and the 3rd full bathroom. Each of these 2 bedrooms have their own private patio overlooking the mountains and sunsets. One of these rooms also has direct access to the pool deck as well. The pool is heated! Pool heat is included in your rental and there will NOT be an additional add on cost to heat the pool. The pool deck is accessible with doors from the living room, the master suite, and one of the guest bedrooms. The pool deck has a flagstone patio with lounge chairs for suntanning and a large covered patio with comfortable seating if you're looking for shade. Regardless of the time of day, whether it's first thing with your coffee or last thing with your cocktail, the view and scenery is breathtaking. If you have children please note the pool does NOT have a safety gate around it The front patio is gated with a wall around it, which is great for letting toddlers play outside without having access to the pool as it's on the opposite side of the home. There is a fountain and comfortable seating. The garden in this area brings in lots of butterflies if the plants are in bloom during your stay.
