Centrally located to Pigeon Forge and all the attractions The Great Smoky Mountains has to offer! - Located in Hidden Springs Resort with Community Heated Indoor Pool (Please note the pool is closed for maintenance and refurbishment in until March 15,2025) - The cabin has easy access off the main highway Guest access - You will have access to the entire cabin. - Check in is keyless through our door keypad. Other things to note Only 8 HUMANS max allowed (including babies and kids) If there are additional guests after 8 or additional guests that are not listed on your reservation, you will be charged a $100 fee per extra person and be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund. All guests must be 25+ (children with parents are allowed) No Pets. Pets are not allowed. You will be charged $500 if you bring a pet. Absolutely no smoking Absolutely no fires Absolutely no parties I provide a start of toilet paper, trash bags and paper towels, however you may need to purchase more The fireplace will be shut down from April 1 to October 1, as with every cabin in the area Hot Tub is for guests age 25 and over. Alcohol is not allowed in or around the hot tub. You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you consume alcohol or are pregnant. USE THE HOT TUB AT YOUR OWN RISK. No late check-out or early check-in. I often have guests check in and out same day so unfortunately I cannot accommodate early check ins or late check outs. This provides our crew with ample time to clean and sanitize the property between guests. No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond our control. Please do NOT rearrange furniture inside or outside the cabin. Doing so will result in damages to floor and furniture and you will be responsible for any damages accrued to structure or furniture.
