This lower unit apartment on the west side of Queen Anne is cozy and full of character. The apartment has plenty of privacy and a covered deck perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. The full kitchen, stocked with cookware, allows you to cook at home. From this prime location, you're close to downtown Seattle (10 min drive), Ballard (8 min drive), the University of Washington (15 minute drive), and more! The space This is the charming lower unit of a duplex on Queen Anne. There are two sets of outdoor stairs you will need to go down in order to access the apartment. The unit has one bedroom with two closets and a queen bed. The quaint country living room looks out on a private covered deck where you can pick your own grapes in the late summer. Stairs connect your deck with a larger deck below. Next to the living room is a kitchen with a full size fridge/freezer, full size stove, and kitchen with plates and cookware. The bathroom has a full shower/tub and we include towels and shampoo, conditioner, and body wash! Guest access Guests have access to the entire lower unit and private deck, and may use the larger communal deck and garden. Out of respect to the neighbors and guests in the upper unit, smoking is not allowed, even outside. Other things to note There is readily available free street parking in front of the unit.
