Sweet space on a cove lot on beautiful Lake Gaston with great water for swimming! Delightful 2 room studio over garage w/private entrance, full bath and kitchenette next to main cottage - includes parking, dock use, and wet boat slip. Quiet neighborhood for walking if you aren't tired from playing in the water! Kitchenette includes coffee maker, toaster, microwave, mini-refrigerator, blender. And great places to eat within minutes drive by car or boat. (Bath towels and sheets supplied.) The space We are right on the lake in a great cove with deep water. Bring your water toys! 12’ - 14’ deep at dock so you can jump in, swim, and lounge on rafts in cove safety. Guest access You will have the studio apartment to yourselves and full access to the boat dock and 1 wet covered boat slip (if you have a tower, it may be tricky to fit under the dock, but there are cleats elsewhere for alternative docking). There is a grill on the main house deck that you are welcome to use as well as ample car parking. Other things to note If you’re bringing a boat, please contact me for best way to our neighborhood ramp. If your boat has a tower, it may not fit underneath the covered boat dock. There is plenty of space and cleats to tie up elsewhere on the dock.
