An enviable location near skiing, sandy beaches, and pristine fairways makes it easy to embark on alpine adventures. The lush state conservancy land surrounding the neighborhood provides a peaceful, evergreen setting. At home, you'll find two stories of inviting living space and charming rustic-chic details. After a fun-filled day, dine alfresco on the deck. This property is also wheelchair friendly. LIVING AREA Vaulted ceilings soar above ample plush seating in the living area. The 54in smart TV allows you to screen movies on your favorite streaming service. Host a game night at the card table in the loft area. KITCHEN & DINING The kitchen is equipped with all the appliances and gadgets you'll need to create hearty meals. Gather for meals or games at the table for six in the dining area. BED & BATH The spacious primary bedroom is furnished with a king bed and a twin bed. The en-suite bath includes a walk-in shower. The second bedroom holds a twin-over-twin bunk bed alongside a twin-over-full bunk bed. A queen bed awaits in the third bedroom. This room features a ceiling lift and a shower table, for any persons with disabilities who may need these assistive devices during their stay. Guest would provide his/her own sling. The second bath has a tub/shower combination. OUTDOOR AREA Start vacation days with coffee on the balcony. Towering pines provide shade and privacy around the back deck. Barbecue dinner on the gas grill and dine alfresco at the table for four. EXTRA AMENITIES & MORE DETAILS Complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and driveway parking for two cars are provided. Enjoy the following wheelchair-friendly features: two exterior ramps (to access the front door and the deck), a 36in door, a ceiling lift (slings not provided), and a shower table, located in the third bedroom. These amenities are included in this home to help make Tahoe inclusive to ALL families. This home does not have air-conditioning. Please note that outdoor wood-burning fires and charcoal grills are prohibited per local ordinances (gas grills are ok). No smoking or pets are allowed. Electric vehicles not to be charged on property. THE FINE PRINT Strict ordinances govern Tahoe vacation rentals. This home cannot be used for parties/weddings/receptions. Maximum allowable occupancy is 8 people and 2 cars, enforced/patrolled 24 hours/day. Over-occupancy, excess vehicles, or excessive noise any time of day will result in guest fine up to $2,000 (in addition to fines assessed against the homeowner by local authorities). Failure to observe the NO PARTY policy may result in eviction. This home is in a sound-sensitive neighborhood and is not suitable for large/noisy groups. VHR21-0382 Parking notes: There is room for 2 vehicles in the driveway. Street parking is not allowed. Security camera details: Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
