The neighborhood is connected to Holiday Landing Marina. It is beautifully furnished and designed to give you and your family a great experience while enjoying the lake and all Tullahoma has to offer. As a guest you can enjoy the community dock at the marina, endless lake activities, State Park, hiking trails, nearby attractions, and food/entertainment at Blue Gill Grill within the comfort of a modern lake cottage. The space With 3 bedrooms (King bed and Queen bed), bunk room (2 Full beds), 2.5 bathrooms, full kitchen, and outdoor entertaining area, you can enjoy spending time with family/friends or relax as a couple or solo comfortably. First floor includes dining room, master bedroom with private bathroom, convenient stackable washer/dryer, half bath, living area with TV, and gourmet kitchen. Second floor provides small bonus room/seating area with TV, two private bedrooms, and spacious full bathroom. Our outdoor entertaining area provides a gas fireplace, grill, and screened-in porch nestled in a private, wooded area-the perfect setting for coffee in the morning or just a place to unwind and enjoy the day. There is a fenced in backyard that backs up to the woods, kids can enjoy catching fireflies, watching sunsets, and exploring. Also located conveniently close to the golf cart path that quickly leads to the community dock and access to the Blue Gill Grill and Holiday Landing Marina. Enjoy dinner and live music as you watch the sunset over the beautiful lake! Guest access Guests have access to the entire house, yard and neighborhood amenities including Fire Pit and Hiking trail. Rental includes access to a gas golf cart and it is a short ride to the Marina and Blue Gill Grill Restaurant.
