Great family home beautiful, relaxing neighborhood between Capitola and SC Boardwalk. WALK to several beaches, Starbucks, restaurants, East Cliff microbrewery, Sunday Farmers’ Market, mini mart and gourmet deli. 2BR + “3rd” bonus bedroom (living room may be closed off for a third bedroom), 2 full baths. **House sleeps up to 10, not to exceed six people over age 8, and four people under age 7. Family/TV room, sun room / atrium, fully equipped kitchen, many amenities and kid friendly. 1500 sq feet home has a comfortable layout with front yard, back yard, "game room" / garage with a vintage shuffleboard table, foosball, pool / billiards table. Located on 16th Ave., near East Cliff, the house is situated between Santa Cruz Boardwalk and Capitola (10 min drive to each). Sunny Cove is just 100 yards from the front door. Twin lakes beach & other beaches are just a few streets over. Sunny Cove beach / 16th Ave neighborhood. Beautiful, upscale neighborhood. Many good restaurants close by. Popular "Live Oak" Farmers market on Sundays. Simpkins Family Swim Center is half mile away (Slides, Lifeguards, lap pool, children's pool, picnic area) Game room, king size beds in bedrooms, queen futons in other rooms. Gas and charcoal BBQs Internet access, TVs. BEACH GEAR: Beach chairs, boogie boards, towels, games and lots of sand toys. GAME ROOM with vintage shuffleboard, foosball, pool table, additional seating HOT OUTDOOR SHOWER. Picnic tables in front and back yards . Patio table in back yard with grass and plenty of room to play. BABY GEAR: high chair w/ tray that converts to booster, extra booster seat, pak-n-play/travel crib. Lots of toys, books, puzzles, games for all ages. PARKING: Driveway wide enough for two medium sized vehicles. Two larger vehicles / SUVs will fit but will be a tight squeeze. On street parking is also available. While our home is meant to be enjoyed, inside and out, we must ask all guests to be respectful of the tight-knit neighborhood. Quiet hours, no party restrictions strictly enforced by local sheriff. Separate Rental Agreement outlining house rules, local ordinances, liability, etc. must be signed to rent. Guest access This is a private vacation rental home. Only you and your guests accounted for on the signed rental agreement will be present. Other things to note Check in 4:00 pm, Check out 11:00 am * Weekends require Friday and Saturday night stay * A separate rental agreement sent after booking will need to be signed and returned in 24 hours. Rental agreement includes but is not limited to: Occupancy limits, house rules, local ordinance, liability, what we supply, etc.
