This is a stand-alone home with two bedrooms, a full dining room, a large living area, and a large kitchen that was made with all the amenities in mind. New laundry room with washer and dryer, fast wifi, yard, and off-street parking in the finished driveway. The bathroom has a spa-like feel and the home is quiet and well served for those who are working from their short or medium-term rental. Artful and cheerful, with lots of natural light. When the space was complete, it was hard to leave. It is clean and has the best of all aspects of a short to medium-term rental. You will love this home and the service we will provide. Guests will check in with a keypad at either of the bottom doors at the home. Either on the porch with seating or side door beside the driveway. Downtown is less than a 3-minute drive. This is an expanding and redeveloping area that is revitalizing the arts, culture, and homes in the area that were mainly built in the 1800s. Private vehicle, public transportation on Broadway (1.5 blocks away). We love to make sure our guests feel at home and provide personal service for those that need additions to the space.
