Guest access The entire condo and community pool (closed Sept-March). Other things to note No 3rd party bookings allowed. One assigned parking space. Trailers, boats, buses, commercial vehicles displaying logos and RV’s are not allowed to be parked on premises. A $200 per pet fine if in unit + damages and cleaning. No unregistered guests allowed. A $100 pp fine for unregistered guests. 10p quiet time inside/outside. No pets, parties, or “gatherings” allowed. No firearms allowed. The unit is set up with necessary amenities but not replenished during your stay.
