POOL HEATER: Please note the pool heater works thru HEAT EXCHANGE and might not function with weather near freezing temperatures. The heater works for pool and Spa together, both reaches between 90 and 95 degrees depending on the external temperature. It costs $45 per day and is a minimum of 3 days pay. *It takes about 24 hours to warm up the entire system, so let us know 24 hours before the check in. BBQ GRILL: It is self catering, in case you run out of propane, you have to fill it up at any Walmart of 7 Eleven. Send us the receipt photo and we will happily send you a refund for it. It costs $95 for the entire stay with propane gas and cleaning (you don’t have to clean it at the end of your stay). PACKAGES (ONLINE PURCHASES): You may send packages to the home during your stay. They will be left on the doorstep. If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned back to the sender. UPS, DHL, FEDEX and AMAZON will leave it at the door step. HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee. FOOD: As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out and no supply of items such as condiments, coffee powder will be provided prior to check in. TRASH DISPOSAL: Please observe trash collection days and place trash in the resort dumpster daily to keep a clean home. EARLY CHECK-IN OR LATE CHECK-OUT: When available an early check-in anytime after 10AM or late check-out up to 2PM will have a 50% of daily charge fee.
