My home is just 0.3 miles (or 5 minutes by foot) away from Borough Station (Northern Line) and 20 minutes (by foot or train) to the City of London. This apartment has an open floor plan. The living room features a convertible sofa bed, a wide-screen smart TV for watching your favourite shows, and a dining table for four. There's also a private balcony with seating areas to lounge and enjoy fresh air. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, such as a toaster, a kettle, and a microwave, to prepare delicious meals. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs. The bedroom comes with a queen-size bed lined in hotel-quality linens. The bathroom has a shower/tub - fresh towels and toiletries are provided at no extra cost. Rest assured that the apartment is professionally cleaned to ensure comfort during your stay. Enjoy your stay! Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home! Other things to note This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check-in anytime of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time. Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, there may be an additional cost to replace the locks. So, please keep your keys safe :) There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a £300 GBP smoking fee, at minimum. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
