Cozy Oceanview Condo

IMPORTANT UPDATE!! Indoor pool is now open and the private beach access is also open. A cozy condo on the beach. 3 miles from the world famous Daytona Beach pier. Ocean view with a 180 degree view balcony a bonus view of the Halifax River! Private access to the beach. 2 outdoor pools, 1 indoor heated pool & spa. Exercise and Bike storage room. Minutes from major shopping and food options. The space It is on the beach. 3 miles from the pier so very quiet and private. Stunning views of the beach and the river. Gorgeous 180 degree balcony. Can enjoy both sunrises and sunsets. Guest access Everything in the condo room and all amenities available from the condo. Please do not use the Owner’s Closet in the master bedroom. Parking is available of course but only for 2 vehicles. Sorry, no oversized vehicles or trailers allowed to be parked on site or in garage. Other things to note Pool Update - The indoor pool is now open with limited functionality. The outdoor pool and beach access from property are still closed off and not able to be used but the indoor pool is back to being open for use. We will need the names of all the people staying and information regarding the two cars you might bring. Car info is needed so we can issue parking passes. People info is needed for safety purposes. In case there is a fire or another catastrophe the office people like to know who is staying so everyone is accounted for. If you do not provide this information, you might not be able to stay. The condo unit is furnished and very comfortable. There are only 3 TVs in the condo, one in the living room, one in master bedroom and the other in the bedroom with the queen bed. We provide many of the things you would expect in a comfortable house but we do not provide laundry or dish detergents. We also provide some towels and have a washer/dryer as well but just in case if you feel like you will need more, feel free to bring more towels but we do provide a reasonable amount.
