The unit features 2 bedrooms including a spacious master bedroom with king bed and second bedroom with 2 single beds. The loungeroom is very spacious and comfortably furnished, offering smart TV with unlimited Wi-Fi and a dining area for 6. Cooking is easy in the fully renovated kitchen with dishwasher and plenty of bench space looking out to the ocean. Step outside to enjoy meals on the beachfront balcony offering lovely ocean glimpses and breezes. There's also a huge terrace patio which can be accessed from the loungeroom and master bedroom and offers heaps of room to play and relax outside! The large renovated bathroom features walk in shower plus separate toilet and there is a washing machine and dryer for your convenience. Point View Lodge is a well-maintained building with secure underground parking for 1 car. It is ideally located opposite a quiet and peaceful part of Bilinga beach and only 250m to the patrolled section. * Please note there are a few steps from the building door to the unit front door * Keys Keys are to be collected and returned to our office, 76 Griffith St, Coolangatta. Our office is an approximate 7 minute drive south of the property and 6 minute drive south of the GC Airport Other things to note Office Hours Our office is open 6 days per week. Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm & Saturday 9.00am - 2.00pm. If you are arriving outside of our office hours, please advise us accordingly and we will issue you with our after hours key collection and safe code details. Linen Linen - Linen including bath towels are provided and beds have been made up in preparation for your stay (for applicable properties, trundle & sofa beds will not be made up and linen will be left at the property if required) Key Collection Keys for your property may be collected from our office located at Gold Coast Holiday Homes, DJ Stringer Property Services, 76 Griffith Street, Coolangatta, Queensland. Key Return Check out time is between 9.30am -10am. Keys must be returned to our office located at 76 Griffith Street, Coolangatta. Minimum Age No guest under the age of 21 will be permitted to occupy holiday properties unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. Schoolies bookings cannot be accepted as we do not have the policies, procedures and/or resources to accommodate these bookings.
