Nestled on a large patch of farmland, the 1800 sq ft house feels secluded while still being conveniently located to the local amenities of Orangeville and Castle Dale as well as the climbing. Featuring 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, the house sleeps up to 14 guests. The flexible sleeping arrangements make The Ranch House a great home base for your group's trip to Joe's or The San Rafael Swell. The house is fully equipped with a kitchen, washer and dryer, wifi and a TV. We also offer guests complimentary use of two standard sized crash pads during their stay! The Ranch House is also centrally located to many exciting local attractions. Guests can fish, swim, or paddle board at the Joe's Valley Reservoir which is a short drive up Highway 29. The San Rafael Swell can be reached just 20-30 miles away where you can find the Buckhorn Wash Pictograph Panel, which features 130 feet of ancient artwork that dates back to over 2,000 years ago! There’s also more classic bouldering only 20 miles away at Triassic.
