Welcome! This is the entire upper floor (private bed/bath and living area) of a brand new townhouse in a quiet neighborhood. Immaculately clean with new furniture and appliances. Located in the heart of the Tidewater area and conveniently located just minutes away from the airport, oceanfront, shopping centers, and restaurants. The space Please keep the house quiet and clean. Prefer no children under 15 years ( contact me for exception). No pets please. Due to the safety concerns, only accept fully vaccinated for COVID19 guests!!! Guest access You'll have access to the entire third floor, which includes your own bedroom, bathroom. You will also have access to a washing machine/dryer and full kitchen (shared). I do have wifi, will provide upon your arrival! During your stay I will be available in the mornings, evenings, and weekends. Please call or text me if you encounter a problem.
