This spacious & modern single-story 2,025 sq ft house has high ceilings and open floor plan with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Brand new heated saltwater pool & spa. Spacious outdoor space featuring a cabana, cozy lounge areas, a mesmerizing fire pit, and inviting outdoor dining seating and amenities for your convenience and comfort. The house is walking distance to the Coachella & Stagecoach Music Festivals 5-min drive to Empire Polo Club, 10-min drive to La Quinta, 15-mins to Indian Wells, 30-min to Palm Springs, and 45-min to Joshua Tree. Located in a the Indian Palms gated golf course community with many amenities. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house: Three bedrooms, three bathrooms, living room, kitchen, two car garage, driveway and backyard. Please note: The kitchen pantry is locked to store housekeeping items. Other things to note The Palm Tree provides pool towels and games. The pool towels are in the laundry room and the games are in the cabinets drawers before entering the Master Bedroom. -There is a First Aid Kit under the Kitchen Sink. -There is hair dryer in the all three bathrooms. -The Fire Pit Gas Key and Fire Igniter located in the kitchen. -The Spa controller can be found to the left side of the backyard on the white wooden air conditioning unit cover. -We have scented plugins throughout the house. Please let us know in advance if you would like us to remove the plugins. No Pets are allowed!! If you attempt to bring an animal into The Palm Tree, your reservation will be cancelled without refund and a $250 cleaning fee will be assessed. You will also be asked to vacate the property immediately. Pool heating is available. Pool can be heated to 85 degrees max for an additional $75 per day fee, all other amenities are included in nightly rate. Should you want to heat the pool, please let us know in advance so it will be heated when you arrive. Mini speakers are allowed. No big boombox speakers allowed on the property. Especially in the backyard. Music needs to be at a minimum level with consideration for our neighbors.. The community has noise accordance with the city of Indio. No music outdoor past 8pm.
