Super cute and spacious private 3/2 home on 4 acres really lets you enjoy the rural country life without the chores. Only a few miles from several springs and the Suwanee river. (Literally have 10 springs within 39 miles). A few of the springs are: Little River Springs (my favorite), Ichetucknee springs, Ginnie Springs, Royal spring, Charles Springs, Rum Island, Hart springs, Blue Springs, Poe springs and so many more. While our home may not be perfect, its our perfect country get away The space Master bedroom offers a pillow top king mattress, walk in closet and master bath has been upgraded with a new master shower and relaxing garden tub. Other rooms offer 2 twin beds, a queen bed and additional air mattress if needed. Huge yard makes for plenty of running and parking space. There is even a perfect spot to build a bon- fire or play outdoor Jinga or even set the projector up for movie night under the stars. We are pet friendly with a 2 pet max and no cats! Bring your boat, side by side or jet skis for a real country experience. WiFi works great as you will have minimal cell reception.
