The enchanting view faces the island of Tavolara, a majestic limestone massif. The property, set on two levels, has a private swimming pool. Surrounded by villas only, can accommodate up to 8 people and has a kidney-shaped swimming pool, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, two covered guarded parking spaces, garden, barbecue, covered veranda with a panoramic view of the gulf, air conditioning and free wi-fi. Porto Istana beach is just down the hill. INTERIOR DESCRIPTION Villa Majra has a 25 sqm private swimming pool facing a breathtaking view of the islands of the gulf, large porch with wooden roof, sofas and outdoor dining table, overlooking the bay. The porch leads to the sitting room with TV and sofa, small dining table, air conditioning. The windows of the living room reveal a view of enchantment: verdant Mediterranean hills and the gulf of the island of Tavolara with its splendid emerald waters; from here you can admire the sun rising behind the large limestone massif. The covered veranda facing the sea is constantly ventilated and allows guests to stay there even during the hottest hours. In the open space living room there is the kitchenette equipped with fridge / freezer, oven, dishwasher, gas burners. A spiral staircase leads to the sleeping area on the lower floor (pool level): double bedroom with sea view and exit to the pool, bedroom with single bed, twin bedroom with two single beds and exit to the pool, suite room with sea and pool view with adjacent bathroom (bathtub); two bathrooms with shower. Laundry room with washing machine. Access is via a wooden gate that opens onto the garden, with barbecue area, pergola with granite table; from the garden a staircase leads to the roof with a panoramic view. Near the entrance there is a canopy that can ac.commodate two small cars or a big one. Other things to note Booking Details The accommodations offered by Klodge are private properties rented out by their owners with the support and mediation of Klodge. As private residences they do not adhere to specific standards or categories and may have minor imperfections that do not affect their functionality. Klodge is a professional real estate intermediary specialized in short-term vacation rentals. Services that are essential for short-term stays, like final cleaning and an initial linen set, are provided by specialised external companies. The cost of these services is covered by the guest. Upon arrival, a security deposit will be held on your credit card. The card must be physically present and in your name. Don’t worry: the amount will be automatically released at the end of your stay, but please note that the release time depends entirely on your bank. In case of damages or rule violations, we reserve the right to retain a portion of the deposit to cover any expenses. - - - Arrival Details After booking, you will need to complete an online check-in process through our dedicated platform. This will require uploading photos of ID and/or a selfie of all the people travelling with you. Your personal data will be handled with care and in compliance with the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Hosting responsibly in Italy requires signing a short-term rental contract. The contract will be in Italian, but we will provide an English courtesy translation before your arrival. Key collection and document signing will take place at the Klodge reception, located at Via Pescara 11, Olbia, just a few minutes from Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport. Please note that, in accordance with local regulations, a waste sorting system is in place. Be sure to follow the door-to-door collection schedule by purchasing the appropriate waste bags.
