Kick back and relax in this calm, rustic home. It’s romantic design is perfect for any special getaway. The land is on the top of a hill, and backed up against BLM land. You have the best view of the city, and trails for walking or biking right out the front door. There is an office space for remote work, and a theatre room in the basement. We are 3 minutes from the free way and 2 from the hospital. Lava Hot Springs: 25 min away, Skiing: 15 min away, Yellowstone: 2.5 hours away. The space The house is extremely well built. You have access to the entire house, including the garage. There is a large patio with the best view of Pocatello I’ve seen. There is a courtyard that is also part of the property. Guest access Car is the best mode of transportation to get around Pocatello. The biking, hiking, or dirt bike trails are right out side the front door. You will have access to the garage to store these items should you bring them. Other things to note Absolutely no events allowed. Evidence of events will result in additional charges of unauthorized additional guests ($25 per person), cleaning, and maintenance fees for failure to abide by rules and policies. No smoking within 25 feet of the home or a $150 fee will be applied.
