The house includes a living room with a pebble stone fireplace. Dining room with seating for six. Kitchen with island seating and granite counter tops. Family room with an additional table and six chairs. Indoor heated swim spa pool-room. Three bedrooms and a loft with two queen mattresses, play area. Two full bathrooms, one on each floor. Outdoor deck with grill and table with six chairs, a balcony deck off bedroom, and a fire pit area. The house has excellent Wi-Fi strength and upload and download speeds. The living room is a cozy space to relax all year long. Open the sliding doors and windows for the summer breeze or snuggle up by the warmth of the beautiful pebble stone wood fireplace on a snowy, winter night. The living room also has a big screen 4K TV with cable, access to Amazon Prime and Netflix login. Additionally, there is a family room with books, board games, puzzles, table with seating for six, and a big screen 4K TV with access to Amazon Prime and Netflix login as well as our old school game console. Behind locked French doors is an indoor swim spa pool room. Our heated swim spa pool is 16' long by 8' wide by 4' deep. This is the perfect place to relax after a long day of Pocono mountain activities or a cold day on the ski slopes. Our first floor also has a full bathroom with beautiful travertine floors, and a bedroom with a queen-sized bed. All bedrooms as well as the family room have new carpets. SECOND FLOOR The second floor of KaMoose features two bedrooms, a full bathroom, play area and a loft area. The first bedroom is a spacious retreat with a lush, king sized bed. Down the hall is a bedroom with two twin sized beds. The full bathroom has travertine floors and rain shower head. If you're feeling adventurous, you can climb the built-in ladder up to the loft area. This area has two queen sized mattresses, allowing four to sleep. The loft area is not recommended for infants, toddlers or someone who would have a difficult time with a ladder. Please use discretion when deciding who accesses the loft. OUTDOOR SPACE At KaMoose, you can access our outdoor space through the family room. We have an outdoor dining table, chairs and propane and charcoal BBQ grills on the back deck, so you can enjoy an evening in the woods with the comforts of home. There is also a fire pit with chairs nestled between the ferns on the property. Other things to note THINGS TO DO IN THE COMMUNITY AND SURROUNDING AREA We take a day trips to Hickory Run State Park, known for its boulder field, beach, fishing, and hiking trails. Also, our home is a short drive to the Kalahari indoor water resort as well as Camelbeach. In the winter, we spend the day on the slopes at one of the many Pocono ski resorts. Camelback, Jack Frost, Big Boulder, and Shawnee are a short drive from our home. Additionally, there are cross country ski trails within the Lake Naomi community as well as the nearby state park. PLACES TO EAT Be sure to wake up early for the 2-2-2 at the Jubilee Restaurant. This is our favorite way to start a day in the Pocono Mountains. Also, stop by the Mountaintop Lodge for a lovely cup of coffee and a sweet bakery treat or stop at Food Express for Dunkin Donuts. If you're craving pizza, Amadeo’s Pizza is our go-to. Finally, an ice cream dessert at the 940 Junction is our family tradition. Additionally, there are recreational hiking trails in the community. If your kids are going to the Kids Klub day camp there is also a bus pickup and drop off service.
