This property is off-grid (solar, rainwater, waste). Visitors are welcome if requested prior, however please understand this places extra strain on the off-grid systems, as well as property wear and tear, and a small fee per visitor per day is required. If you are looking for raucous late nights, pool parties, external visitors without prior request/ approval, or loud music outside, it’s really not for you and we encourage you not to book. The home is noise and crowd monitored using non-invasive, privacy respecting technology to notify of excess noise or crowds, send alerts to guests, then shut down power, water, and persisting parties promptly with loss of security deposit. You are responsible for advising your desired property capacity (guests plus visitors) as smart systems will be set to this amount.
