Our Murcott property is located in a secure, gated community 10 minutes from downtown Nassau. You can be on the relax on Junkanoo Beach and the world famous Arawak Key in a 5-minute drive and also drive to the Atlantis at Paradise Island in 10 minutes. Chill out at home or enjoy all that Nassau has to offer from this central location. We're also in walking distance to the two largest hospital enterprises in the country, perfect for medical intern travels as well. The space Cool island breeze greets you from the Hillcrest Towers apartment complex which sits on top of a hill overlooking Bay Street & The Atlantis from the mainland. An ideal location within walking distance of downtown, the tourist district, and both hospitals. NOTE: There is an ongoing construction of a large commercial building next to our property. We cannot control this. For some guests this has not been a problem, others have considered it a bit noisy and an eyesore because of the scaffolding. We've discounted our rates to accommodate this, but please do not book this unit if you are not ok with this.
