The space The main floor features an open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area, seamlessly blending space for cooking, dining, and gathering. The living room includes a wood-burning fireplace, creating a cozy haven during storm season or on a typical rainy day in Tofino. There's also a cozy library stocked with books as well as music music options—a perfect spot to unwind. Step out onto the deck, where you’ll find an outdoor BBQ ideal for al fresco cooking and entertaining amidst the island’s natural beauty. One of the standout features of this property is its spacious, well-equipped kitchen and generous open layout, perfect for entertaining. Upstairs, you’ll find all three bedrooms, each designed with comfort in mind. The master bedroom boasts an ensuite bathroom with a luxurious soaker tub, offering a private sanctuary. The two additional bedrooms share a bathroom with a large walk-in shower. The second bedroom features a queen bed, while the third is a kid-friendly haven, furnished with two single beds, a play table, a rocking horse, and a TV with Apple access. With a peek-a-boo view of the inlet and ample space for children to play, this home is a true gem for families and friends seeking a memorable island getaway. Guest access For ease of use the home has self-check-in so you can arrive at your convenience. The code will be provided to the guest prior to check in. Guest have access to the whole left side of the home. Other things to note Host Rules: Renter's Agreement: Guests must sign the Renter's Agreement to confirm their reservation. Age restrictions: must be 23 years or older to book Guest Limit: As per Tofino Bylaws, a maximum of 6 guests (including babies and children) are allowed. If a reservation exceeds this limit, we reserve the right to ask the guests to leave. During peak summer season (June 15 - Sept 15), 3 night minimum and all bookings must be back-to-back to avoid gaps. 3 night minimum stay for all Canadian Statutory Holidays. Pet Policy: up to two dogs allowed, must be owner approved. Please note: A long-term tenant lives on-site in a separate caretaker suite as per Tofino Bylaws. Strict Quiet Hours: 10pm to 8am - please be respectful of the neighbours and locals! Cancellation Policy: We offer a 30 day cancellation policy. If you provide us with the 30 or 60 days required notice you will receive a full refund. If you cancel without the required days notice you will not receive a refund for your reservation. Accidental Damage Protection: Accidental Damage Protection is included in the total cost of your reservation—there is no additional fee after booking, as it is automatically applied at the time of purchase. This coverage protects against accidental damages up to $1,000 that may occur during your stay. Please note: This protection does not apply to damages caused by parties, unauthorized events, or negligent behaviour. It is strictly intended for unintentional mishaps that may happen while you're staying in the home.
