Centrally located near local attractions in Duluth, Madeline Island, and Bayfield The space Upon entering this stunning retreat, you'll be greeted by a magnificent 26' high wood vaulted ceiling. The main level features an open living room with a large sofa and a captivating stone wood-burning fireplace. The open ceilings create a spacious ambiance in the main great room, which also includes a large chef's kitchen with a gas 6-burner stove and a center island for all your culinary creations. Natural light floods the main level through numerous windows, offering spectacular views of the lake. Step out onto the wrap-around patio accessible from the main level to fully immerse yourself in the picturesque surroundings. On the main level, you'll find two bedrooms—the primary suite and another spacious bedroom—each with its own bathroom. The primary bedroom boasts a cozy couch for additional seating, a large king bed, and breathtaking lake views. The primary bathroom invites you to unwind in the jacuzzi-style bathtub. The second bedroom on this level offers a king bed along with a twin bed for flexible sleeping arrangements. Venturing downstairs from the great room, you'll discover a world of entertainment. With two bar areas, you can bond with family and friends while enjoying friendly games of pool, ping pong, or perhaps reliving some classic moments on Pac Man. The kids will be delighted with an array of games and toys to keep them thoroughly entertained. The lower level also accommodates two bedrooms, one with two twin beds and a fold-down queen futon, and the other with a queen bed. Additionally, there's an open area room with a drafting desk, perfect for remote work. An extra fold-down queen futon is available in the family room area downstairs. For added convenience, a laundry room with a washer and dryer is situated on the lower level. Stepping outside through the patio doors downstairs, you'll have access to a beautiful outdoor setting. Enjoy the dock or take advantage of the provided kayaks and pedal boat for some recreational fun. The ladder off the dock allows for easy and enjoyable swimming in the clean, sandy lake. The surrounding mature trees create a wonderfully private atmosphere. When you're ready to unwind after a day of activities, head over to the fire pit area and create cherished memories that will last a lifetime. If you decide to access these areas or use the grill during these months, it will be the guest's responsibility to clear the snow. PARKING: One garage space is provided Driveway accommodates large RVs, trailers, etc. Please limit the number of vehicles/trailers parked on the driveway to four. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: Overnight guests allowed is 10. Maximum occupancy on the property at one time is 12 guests. PETS: No pets are allowed on the property. For allergy purposes, please note that the cabin is not dander-free. SECURITY CAMERA INFORMATION: Your safety matters. Security cameras are located on the premises for insurance purposes and safety. Ring devices record audio/visual. Outdoor cameras overlook access points, including the driveway, upstairs deck access, basement level patio, and the lake. They do not look into interior spaces. RENTAL AGREEMENT AND REQUIREMENTS: The primary guest will be required to send a copy of a government-issued ID and sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of receiving the documents to secure the booking. If these items are not received, the owners have the right to cancel the booking. Guest access Access to any area in the cabin except the workroom, garage located on the lower level, and the owner’s private office in the loft next to the kitchen. Other things to note The following items are provided: Fully equipped kitchen including a 10 cup drip coffee maker and a Keurig system Shampoo Body soap Bed Linens Towels (for indoor use only. Please provide your own beach towels for outside use) Washer/Dryer located in downstairs laundry room Outdoor trash located in outside dumpster Pack and play available upon request for guests with infants/toddlers Highchair in kitchen for small children A landline phone for guests to use during their stay. No pay-per-call calls are allowed and collect calls may NOT be accepted. Propane grill located just outside of the door by the kitchen. If you empty the tank please put in the garage and notify us so we can get it refilled for future guests. THINGS TO BRING: Sunscreen, toiletries (toothpaste) bug spray, food, beverages, seasonings and condiments. (Public health in Bayfield county does not allow shared condiments, seasoning or shared containers.) Beach towels for swimming, do not use indoor cabin towels. WHAT IS OFFERED: Salt and Pepper (Public health prevents any shared communal kitchen food/liquid items.) hand towels, bath towels, bedding and linens, hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels and garbage bags. We offer starter packs of these supplies, for longer stays you may need to pick up more.
