The Hummingbird House - A modern luxury getaway

The Hummingbird House is a beautiful two story home located just 6 minutes from downtown Longmont where you will find plenty of delicious restaurants, cute cafes, great small town shopping, as well as nearby lakes, reservoirs, mountains and hiking. Whether you're traveling for leisure or business with friends, family or partners, this will be the perfect home for you. Located in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood the Hummingbird house has everything you'll need for a relaxing, comfortable stay. The space This 2 story townhome is comfortable and modern in design. It is neighborhood family home meets modern luxury. Once inside you will step into the warm, light filled space complete with a large couch, tv, dining area, full kitchen, kitchen island and bathroom. The tv is equipped with HBO max, Hulu, Netflix, Disney plus, and Amazon Prime. After heading upstairs you will see the washer and dryer, a spacious bedroom with ensuite bathroom and 2 large closets, as well as the south facing bedroom with a large closet and bathroom. There is a washer and dryer that can only be used for extra small loads, do not overfill the washer it will leak water. Please see the guest guidebook for information on local restaurants, cafes, activities...etc The hummingbird house is in a quiet neighborhood, please be respectful of our neighbors, quiet hours 10pm-8am, NO PARTIES, NO LARGE GROUPS, NO PETS. Our rules for pets are due to allergies of host, cleaner and other guests. If you have a service animal we require documentation of pet BEFORE your arrival. We may make exceptions by request for extra guests, and will take into consideration your previous airbnb history and reviews before approval. We do have outdoor cameras and will check to make sure you are respecting our house rules. That being said we will not intrude on your personal privacy. Our cameras are outward facing only, located at both entrances of the property. Thank you for your understanding. Guest access Guest have access to entire townhouse, parking and outdoor area. No access to garage. In case of wifi going out please contact host, the wifi unit is located in locked door of house and directions on how to access the room will only be provided if needed. The washer and dryer are for extra small loads of laundry only. If you overfill the washer it will spill water out, if you overfill the dryer it will not dry. Thank you for understanding.
