This charming Cape Cod style home sits directly on the new Empire State Trail in a quiet neighborhood in the historic Village of Kinderhook, known for its agritourism, Dutch heritage & Pres. Perfect for 1 or more individuals or up to 3 couples, a small group of friends, a family or 2 small families. Min 30 days The space The home has 3 bedrooms including a large 1st floor master bedroom with a king-sized bed and full bath; it would easily accommodate one of the full-sized air mattresses and/or the pack’n’play. Each of the other 2 bedrooms has a queen-sized bed and is on the 2nd floor; these share a full bath. There is also a 1/2 bath on the 1st floor. The kitchen offers a side-by-side refrigerator/freezer, electric range, microwave and dishwasher. Appliances include a coffeemaker, an electric hot water kettle, a toaster, a crockpot and a blender. There are assorted nice pots, pans and skillets and plenty of plates, bowls, glasses, etc. The table seats 8. The counter seats 3. There is WiFi throughout the house. The backyard offers a deck with a table and 6 chairs. Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. Guest access Guests have access to the first and second floors and the outdoor spaces. Guests can also use the washer and dryer in the basement. Walk out the back door to find the wonderful new Electric Trail (part of the Empire State Trail). It’s for walking, biking, scootering, strollering, snowshoeing and cross-country skiing! What a perfect place to enjoy the country! Other things to note Stays that include any Friday night or Saturday night must include both unless a separate agreement is reached. Last minute bookings are excepted from this policy. Holiday periods including 3-day weekends require 3-night bookings. Example: Monday holiday requires FSatSun night booking. Thanksgiving (if available) minimum is Wednesday night to Sunday. Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. No large or loud parties allowed. No pets are allowed.
