It is a 15 min drive from the airport & 15 min away from the Reno Sparks Event Center . The home is a short 45min drive to Lake Tahoe for all your exciting outdoor adventures. The space You will have the entire 2 story home to enjoy for yourself & your company . This will definitely feel much better oppose to a hotel that is less than the size of the garage of this home . It has a big driveway , 2 car garage , fenced backyard , front covered patio , 4 bedroom and very spacious dining /kitchen that opens to the living room . The home is bright with lots of windows which makes it easier to breath & relax . There’s a step free bedroom #1 next to the entrance with a Queen Size bed, freshly laundered sheet sets , blankets & pillows. There’s a FULL bathroom next to it with an enclosed bathtub & shower . Hand soap , facial soap , body soap ,shampoo, conditioner, towels and tissue paper is supplied. A hair dryer can be found under the sink drawers . The dining table seats 6 people comfortably and the extra large granite kitchen counter offer 4 additional bar height seating . The kitchen is stocked with pots & pans & common appliances for you to prepare a scrumptious meal . Dish soap , hand soap & trash bags are provided A Keurig coffee machine is made available for your morning coffee & 6 starter pods , cream & sugar . The laundry room is on the second floor supplied with detergent, iron & iron board for your convenience. Located upstairs is the masters en suite (bedroom # 2 ) . The king size bed is prepared with freshly washed linens , pillows & blanket . The masters bath is large . It includes a bath tub , separate stand up shower & toilet. Supplies of hand soap , facial soap, tissue paper, towels, body soap , shampoo & conditioner is provided . It also has an extra large walk in closet. Bedroom #3 upstairs come with a comfortable Full size bed, pillows, freshly laundered sheet sets ,blankets & good size closet. Bedroom #4upstairs have 2 Twin size beds , freshly laundered sheet sets and blanket . This is where you can see the beautiful snow capped mountains . It also has a good size closet. There’s a full bathroom with an enclosed bathtub and shower upstairs in the hallway. Hand soap , facial soap , shampoo ,conditioner, towels & tissue papers is made available. A hair dryer is provided under the sink drawers . A vacuum & step stool can be found under the stairs closet . Please keep the A/C set above 65°F during your stay. Setting it below 65°F can cause the system to freeze or malfunction.
