This home is over 2500 square feet and features a spacious living room, dining area, fully stocked kitchen, and comfy bedrooms! The living area entails beautiful built in cabinets, a flat screen tv, and plenty of seating area for guests to relax and unwind while on vacation! You will love the cooking space in this vacation rental. The kitchen offers expansive countertop space and an island. This is perfect for making family meals, and offers ample storage space. Having plenty of room is not an issue in this large home! The large pool area in the subdivision is a great place to cool off and catch some sun! The Villas of South Padre Subdivision offers private beach access leading directly to the beach and ocean. It is only a 3-4 minutes walk from the front door till your toes are in the sand! When it is time to rest after a fun day of exploring South Padre Island, guests will rest easily in the spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom entails a king bed, flat screen tv, and en suite master bathroom. The second guest bedroom offers a king bed. The third bedroom has two twin beds. 6501 Fountain Way is a gorgeous home and is ready to accommodate YOU on your island vacation! Each reservation is provided with a STARTER KIT of essentials ONLY (toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, soap, shampoo/conditioner, dish soap, laundry detergent, coffee & filters, olive oil, and salt & pepper). Depending on the number of guests in your party and/or the length of your stay, these may not last for the duration of your reservation and you may need to purchase additional items on your own. Please also note that the following items are not universally provided or guaranteed to be in the home, and therefore, we recommend that you bring these items if required to make your stay more enjoyable: condiments and spices, cleaning wipes, bottled water, hair dryer, ice & cooler, beach towels, beach chairs, toys, floats, sun lotion/sun block, extra blankets and pillows, pack-n-play, high chair, stroller, baby gates, and/or first aid kit.
