Our 4 bedrooms boast 100% cotton sheets, minimalist decor, and a double shower or full-size Jack and Jill bathroom for ultimate relaxation. Guests can access the entire home except the cleaning cabinets in the garage. After a few days, you may get used to seeing deer walking around in the neighborhood. A POA (Property Owner Association) card will be left available for guests. Use the card to access pickleball and tennis courts, pool, and park. Campgrounds are available upon request. If you have a boat or kayaks, you may use the private boat ramp. Within 5 minute drive is Lago Vista town center where you can find restaurants, CVS Pharmacy, Lowes Market, Brookshire Brothers (grocery store), food trucks, Starbucks, and gas stations. Other things to note Infant / toddler items (toys, pack-N-play, high chair) are available in the house. Note that there is a ring doorbell monitoring the front door, a blink camera on top of the garage door, as well as a Minut noise decibel monitoring in the living room for party prevention.
