Both upstairs and downstairs have pullout sofas and there are 2 additional twin beds and foundations stored in the master closet if you need more sleeping spaces. Basement is a walk-out onto the driveway and is also accessible from inside. It can also serve as an entirely separate unit if you have multiple families that want their own space but want to be next to each other. Both the basement and upstairs have their own W/D. 2 garage spots are available with ample driveway and street parking. Guest access Guests will have access to the whole house, minus the secondary garage on the side of the house. Other things to note This is a quiet neighborhood so I ask that you respect the neighbors by not playing loud music at night or parking in front of their houses. Please limit guest to less than 20ppl.
