You haven't seen anything like this twin double aframe before! ** Note: If you know you want to stay here, be sure to lock in your dates fast because our weekends typically book 2-3 months in advance. If there are dates 4 to 6 months into the future that you want to reserve, please send us a message. There is free parking in the driveway for two cars or a truck with a boat (must park cars back to back in front of the garage). The Aframe you will stay at has 3 bedrooms/1 bath with central AC and Heat. The best part about the Aframe is the open living space with exposed beams, high ceilings, and large windows that will immediately captivate you. Guest access Guests have access to the entire A-frame cabin, except the garage. Other things to note QUIET HOURS ARE FROM 10pm - 7am. This is a quiet residential neighborhood and parties are not allowed. We want our guests to have a good time but please keep the noise to a minimum and be respectful of our neighbors. Failure to follow the quiet hour requirements will result in a minimum $250 fine and a phone call to local law enforcement. EXTERIOR CAMERAS: We have 2 exterior motion security cameras. One located near front porch facing entrance and driveway. One located on the back yard porch facing the back door entrance and entire patio. Cameras are always on. There are no cameras or audio recording devices inside the home. CHILDREN SAFETY: Please keep an eye on your younger children. Lots of share edges along with steep, floating stairs. We are not liable for any accidents during your stay. Please do not book if you feel the space is not suitable for children. PETS: Due to family allergies, we do not allow pets in the home. If you are traveling with a service animal, we will do our very best to accommodate you, but we would encourage you to look for other pet friendly accommodations. HOUSE RULES: - Max of 5 people and no unregistered guests. - No parties and loud music. - No smoking of any kind (cigarettes, vapors, marijuana, etc) both inside and outside the house. - No illegal activity. - Do not flush sanitary items down the toilet. Failure to observe any of the house rules will result in a minimum $250 fine. CHECK IN Procedure: - A few days prior to your check in date, we will message you detailed check in instructions - We will message you self checkin door code the day of check in - Check in is at 3pm or later CHECK OUT Procedure: - Check out is at 10am. - Please rinse all dirty dishes and put them in dishwasher. - Please leave used towels on bathroom floor. - Please put cover back over spa if used. - Put any moved furniture/patio chairs back where it was. Your cleaning fee covers a normal amount of clean up in addition to washing/ folding linen and folding your washed towels. Any additional cleaning (i.e. excess trash, dirt, stains, etc) will result in an additional cleaning charge. We do not expect our guests to clean or remove bedding during their stay, but we do expect guests to respect our home. We would appreciate it if you leave the house in the same or better condition as you found it :)
