The owners also have two other beautifully designed bungalows on the same street, each professionally decorated and styled to the nines: • Sally’s Speakeasy – 3 bedrooms (54 Flounder) • Sally’s Oasis – 2 bedrooms (26 Flounder) Depending on availability, all three homes can be rented together—perfect for multiple families or groups who want to stay close but still have their own space. Location Highlights: Walk to Blue Mountain Beach, one of the most sought-after access points on 30A—less than half a mile away! This access has parking, restrooms, and seasonal lifeguards (10 AM–6 PM). It’s known for its soft white sand and peaceful vibe. You’re also close to Gulf Place Beach and its fun shopping/dining area, plus another public access point near Goatfeathers. Outdoor lovers will appreciate being less than a mile from Point Washington State Forest, with miles of scenic biking and hiking trails to explore. Please inquire if you’re interested in booking more than one. – A starter supply of essentials is provided: toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and dishwasher/laundry pods. – All payments are processed securely through Airbnb. – Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 9:00 AM – No smoking anywhere on the property. – Maximum occupancy is strictly enforced. – Renters must be 25+, or accompanied by a parent/legal guardian if under 25. Golf Cart Use: The golf cart may not be driven past Seaside to the east or beyond the end of Highway 30A to the west. Failure to charge the cart and resulting battery issues will be billed to the guest.
